Thank you so much for everyone who reached out and let me know they were practicing, it has helped me so much as I get used to creating videos rather than teaching with you present.
Below you’ll find the Yoga Videos section with everything I’ve recorded thus far. The new one is a Gentle Yoga for Back Care sequence. I haven’t forgotten the hip openers that have been requested, but my mind has been on back care this week as I often have to lift some of the individuals I care for. As a bonus, I also included the “test” video I shot last Saturday. And Forrest Inspired Yogis don’t feel left out, as I already have a more challenging sequence planned so expect another video later this week.
For now my goal is 2 recorded videos a week. If I don’t have them all done at the beginning of the week, like tonight, then you will hear from me twice a week. Instead of having many email lists to keep track of, I’m just going to distribute the new links this way. If you don’t want so many emails from me, unsubscribe. Soon I will have a landing page you can just bookmark.
I have also been talking to Amanda who leads Root River Yoga and, with her support, learning more about Zoom. So for those of you asking about Zoom classes, it is in the works.

Practicing At Home
- Create a space for yourself, but don’t get bogged down in creating a perfect space for yourself.
- Put your class on the calendar. Make space in your day.
- Make it special for yourself. Maybe this means putting on your favorite fancy yoga pants, maybe this means you finally get to practice in your pjs.
